@TwoRivers Phyllocharis cyanicornis appears to be quite a variable species, though as new information comes to light we find that some of the “variations” we find in insects are actually a different species within the same genus and are lumped into the taxon most familiar at that point in time. I have not yet seen these specific markings identified as Phyllocharis cyanicornis by a trusted source and I’ve seen a few photos identical to yours now. I’ll verify this as genus-level for you for the time being😊

@Hejor1 that’s ok, hopefully someone will recognise the eggs but knowing the host plant certainly helps in most cases (someone might recognise the leaf structure though). They look like Fig Leaf Beetle (Poneridia sp.) to me but no doubt there are likely several insects that have similar egg clusters with the same shape & colouration. I don’t think we’ll get a definitive answer without the host plant or seeing the hatchlings, but I could put it in a suggestion for you & see what happens🤞😊
I’ve included an iNat link below showing similar:

@DiBickers sorry, I don't know. The geolocation is correct, street view might help? https://maps.app.goo.gl/5b8DEvgxBCpASEyk8
