Yes thanks @JimL, they are fine for ID. Rosenberg's Goannas live for decades so the record in CNM should prove very helpful in years to come. For example, I suspect Gudgenby is a sink population, propped up by constant overflow from Naas Valley so it should be possible to determine whether that is the case.

Litoria latopalmata rather than L. nasuta, as the snout is not pointed enough, legs not proportionately long enough and preocular pale eye spot too big to be the latter. Whereas it looks good for L. latopalmata in all these respects and locality, with close proximity records lodged with FrogID, based on calls.

Either Carlia longipes or C. rostralis, which are similar and both recorded on Fitzroy Island. Due to the uncertainty, I think its best to leave this as Carlia sp., unless someone can distinguish between these two species from the photos provided.
This looks like a juvenile, judging by the proportionately large head.
