On labellum shape, pt.dubia belongs to the "non-scabrous" group of mountain greenhoods that includes Pt.falcata and Pt.cucullata

Yes it seems p. scabrida is one of the most common pterostylis seen around that elevation and forest type. Thanks for taking the time to ID!
