Some of the red Hygrocybes can change colour with age but, though I'm not an expert with Hygrocybe, I suspect you have two species here.

That's entirely possible. I've added another photo which I feel suggests a transition from red/orange to more browny/olive tones which was why I thought they might all be one species. But I know very little about fungi!
