Looking at Bold Systems 4, I don't think E. phoeneura (northern Australia) or E. signata(southern Ausytralia) seem to match. However, a search for 'Epicoma Tasmania; revealed many specimens for E. melanospila which I suggest match well, including examples with broad black forewing margins, yellow highlights and a prominent white 'face'..
